Your account
Use accurate information when creating an account or placing an order and keep your login details secure. Purchased download access is connected to the completed order and the Vidyanik account used for the purchase.
Products, pricing and payment
Vidyanik’s website checkout currently sells downloadable digital study materials. The price payable is the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed by the payment method or payment service provider selected at checkout. An order is treated as successful when the website receives a successful payment/order confirmation.
Check the material before buying
Every paid Vidyanik product has a free sample available before purchase. Check the course code, title, medium, study-material details and relevant session information before paying.
Digital delivery and shipping
Website purchases are delivered digitally through the Vidyanik account/My Library flow after a successful order. Website PDF purchases do not require physical shipping. Read the Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy for delivery details.
Cancellations and refunds
Because website products are downloadable digital files, orders are generally not refundable after successful payment and delivery/access, except for the eligible order, payment or file-delivery problems described in our policy or where applicable law requires otherwise. Read the Refund & Cancellation Policy before purchase.
Permitted use of study materials
Unless a product page says otherwise, purchased files are for the purchaser’s permitted personal study use. Do not resell, republish, upload or redistribute Vidyanik files without written permission.
Academic responsibility
Vidyanik is an independent student study platform and is not the official IGNOU website. Students remain responsible for checking current official university instructions and complying with academic-integrity and submission requirements. See the Disclaimer for more information.

Study-material availability, supported sessions, file versions, website features and these terms may change as the service is updated. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the information current, but time-sensitive academic requirements should be verified from official sources.
