Common questions
How do I find the right course?
Search the exact IGNOU course code, such as MMPC-001. Then check the programme, study material and exam session shown on the result.
Are Vidyanik study materials digital?
Digital PDFs are added to your account after a successful order.
Where do I find a purchased download?
Sign in with the account used for the order and open My Library. Purchased PDFs available for your order will appear there.
Can I see a sample before buying?
When a public sample file is available, a View Sample link appears on the product or study material card. Not every study material has a sample.
What if I cannot find my course code?
Try the course name or check the course information in your IGNOU documents, then search again on Vidyanik.
How do I get order support?
Email support@vidyanik.com with the order number and course code. Never send your password, OTP or full payment-card details.
